1 Single Serve Recipe

Ingredients

6 oz brewed, strong coffee
6 oz unsweetened almond milk (or unsweetened cashew milk)
1/8 tsp cinnamon (1/8-1/4 teaspoon)
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or nutmeg)
1 Tbs TH Gentle Sweet
1/4 tsp TH Natural Burst Vanilla Extract (or other TH Natural Burst extract of your choice)
1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil (or MCT oil)
1 tsp TH Integral Collagen
1 tsp TH Pristine Whey Protein Powder (unflavored)

Instructions

Brew coffee. Add to small saucepan with nut milk and allow to heat.

Put all other ingredients (except whey protein in blender). Add coffee and almond milk mixture and blend for 20 seconds.

Add whey protein powder while the blender is running, if possible. (If not, turn it off then quickly add the whey and turn back on again.) Blend for another 10 to 15 seconds.

For an iced version, allow drink to cool a little then pour over ice.

Preparation Tips-
