Multiple Serve Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups pecans (halves)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup TH Gentle Sweet
  • 1 Tbs ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp TH Mineral Salt
  • 2 tsp blackstrap molasses
Instructions
  1. 1
    Preheat oven to 275°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 2
    Add everything into a bowl and mix well. Put half the coated pecans on each tray and spread them out in a single layer. Bake for 20–25 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and flip the pecans (remember not to layer them), then put back in the oven for another 15–20 minutes. Once baked, allow to sit out for 30 minutes to 3 hours to harden. I know that time range sounds crazy, but depending on the humidity and how hot your house is, the hardening time will vary.
