It can be a super-large afternoon snack or perhaps a breakfast or lunch on the run now and then (but, don’t replace too many meals with it, as it is a Fuel Pull and you don’t want to overdo those as meals); having a couple a few times a week is probably fine if you are not nursing or pregnant. "A fun trick! Once the ice has broken down in the blender, transfer frappa to a food processor and add the whey protein. Process for a minute or two. This creates a much poofier frappa. It literally grows in volume and creaminess, so you have even more to enjoy!"
