Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a pot of boiling water, cook the radishes for 15 minutes. Drain and toss with the melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Transfer the radishes to a large baking sheet and smash with the bottom of a mug or mason jar. Pour any leftover butter mixture from the bowl over the radishes and top with the Parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes.
