Ingredients

1/4 cup water (1/4-1/3 cup)
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk (unsweetened carton coconut milk; it is suggested to not substitute with another unsweetened nutmilk to keep to the correct flavor profile of this recipe)
2 Tbs TH Strawberry Optimized Whey Protein Powder
2 tsp TH Gentle Sweet (2-3 tsp OR 1 doonk of TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder)
1 tsp matcha powder (Ceremonial Matcha)
1 cup ice cubes (1-2 cups)

Instructions

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for a minute until well combined.

Add the ice to the blender and then tamper the ice down for a minute or two while it blends until the mixture is nice and thick.
