  1. Stir or shake 1 13.5 ounce can of full-fat coconut milk to distribute contents evenly (use BPA free brand with 1 carb or less such as 365 from Whole Foods or Kroger)
  2. Pour about 1/2 cup or so of the can (you don't have to be exact) into the saucepan.
  3. Add leftover chicken, turkey or canned salmon to saucepan.
  4. Add 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast, sea salt, or cayenne to taste, and a dash of fish sauce. If you would like a fuller Thai experience, add a squeeze of lemon or lemon concentrate, pinch of THM Super Sweet Blend, and chopped fresh basil with a dash of ginger.
  5. Add water to desired soup consistency and heat.
  6. Optional: when soup is heated, add 1-2 tsp virgin coconut oil or red palm oil.

Serene chats
: "I eat this soup regularly for lunch and usually use the first few spices as it is quick and still tastes great. You can also buy a jar of green or red curry paste in the international section of your supermarket and add a tad of that to your liking, a dash of fish sauce and a pinch of stevia"
