Multiple Serve Recipe

Ingredients

1 small/medium onion (diced)
1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil (or butter)
1 Tbs water
14.5 oz diced tomatoes (canned)
4 tsp onion powder
1 Tbs tomato paste
3 Tbs prepared yellow mustard
3 Tbs apple cider vinegar
3 Tbs paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (1/8-1 teaspoon or to taste; 1/8 tsp for mild, 1/2 tsp for spicy, and 1 full for hot)
2.5 tsp TH Mineral Salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp blackstrap molasses
4 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend (or 4 doonks of TH Pure Stevia Extract powder)
30 oz white beans (2- 15-ounce cans white beans such as Great Northern; drained)

Instructions

Place the diced onion and butter in a small saucepan set to medium heat. Allow onions to cook for a couple minutes, tossing well in the butter. Add the water and continue to cook them until they become softer and a golden color.

Place all other ingredients, except for the beans, in a blender and process until smooth.

Add the sauteed onion mixture, the beans and enough of the blended sauce to nicely cover the beans to a saucepan with a lid and cook over low to medium until heated through.

Any leftover sauce can be added to the beans, if needed, or stored in the refrigerator.
