1 Single Serve Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 zucchini (made into noodles with the Troodle or other noodle making gadget)
  • butter (for serving; for an S option)
  • TH Mineral Salt
  • black pepper
  • coconut oil spray (or a small smear of butter or coconut oil in the pan for an S)
  • TH Nutritional Yeast (optional; for topping the Troodles)
Instructions

    Spray a small skillet with coconut oil (for an FP) or smear with butter or coconut oil (for an S).
  2. 2
    Set the skillet over medium-high heat, add the Troodles, season with salt and pepper, and cook for just 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender.

    Serve and top with the optional TH Nutritional Yeast.

Family Size Option:
As written, this is a single-serve recipe, but you can make it a family- serving by using 4 to 6 zucchini squash!
