Ingredients
    For The Filling
  • 2 Tbs. almond flour
  • 2 Tbs. TH Optimized Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbs. TH Peanut Protein
  • 2 Tbs. natural peanut butter ((sugar-free))
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil (melted or MCT oil)
  • 1/2 Tbs TH Gentle Sweet
  • 1 pinch Mineral Salt
    • For The White Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup on plan white chocolate chips (I used Lilly's)
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil
Instructions

    Add all the filling ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth, dough like consistency forms.

    Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and pour a spoonful into silicone molds of choice. Use the spoon to spread the chocolate all around the inside of the molds,

    Place in the freezer until hard then do another layer of chocolate the same way.

    Fill each mold with some of the peanut butter mixture.
  5. 5
    Cover the tops of the molds with more white chocolate and place in the freezer until the chocolate has hardened.
