Makes 2 Large Crusts Halve ingredients for 1 Large Crust

Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.

Put the Baking Blend, gelatin, collagen, salt, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder (if using), and onion powder (if using) in a food processor and pulse to combine. Add the butter and pulse a few times to coat with flour. Add the egg whites and blend for another few seconds. Take the blade out of the food processor and stir the ingredients well. (Or blend all in a bowl with a stick blender.)

Spread the mixture out very thinly on the baking sheets. Bake for 40 minutes, then turn off the oven and let cool slowly in the turned-off oven.

Top with your favorite pizza toppings and broil until the cheese is bubbling.
