SERENE CHATS: Dairy-free but not yummy-free! This is a variation of the No Moo Cheesecake Bites.. Brew the oolong tea bags in the boiled water for 5 minutes in an insulated coffee mug to keep it nice and hot (or cover a mug with a saucer to help the tea stay hot). Squeeze and remove the tea bags, then pour the tea into a blender (adding a little more water to make the liquid come up to the 1-cup line on your blender, as the tea leaves absorb some of the water as they rehydrate).

Add the gelatin to the blender and blend for a few seconds. Add the coconut oil and blend for a few seconds again. Throw in the lecithin, vanilla, salt, sweeteners, and baobab powder and blend until smooth.

Pour into pretty molds or ice cube trays or any old kitchen plastic tub.
