Turkey Tacos

Spray a large skillet with coconut oil and set over medium-high heat.

Put the deli meat slices into the pan without folding (if you can’t fit 6, start with just 4). Top each “taco” with the fillings and allow the bottom side of the meat to brown for a couple minutes. Fold half of each taco over and let cook for a couple minutes, until the cheese is melty.
