Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 × 13-inch baking dish with coconut oil.

Whisk together the whole eggs, egg whites, and seasonings in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients and stir until combined.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
