Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 × 13-inch baking dish with coconut oil.
  2. Whisk together the whole eggs, egg whites, and seasonings in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.

MAKE A FAMILY MEAL:

  • For the weight-loss plan, serve with a giant salad or a smaller salad and another veggie like Killer Green Beans (page 261) or broccoli.
  • Growing children or other family members at Crossover stage can have a healthy carb on the side, such as sprouted-grain bread and butter, a piece of fruit, a baked potato with butter, or brown rice.
