If you are not a hot tea person, shakes are the new way to get your chamomile in! Let every sip fill your energy bank, calm your tummy, heal your body, and satisfy your love of apple-icious desserts. Instructions

  1. Stir the gelatin into the boiled water until dissolved. Add the tea bag(s) and oats and brew for about 5 minutes so the oats can soften. Remove the tea bag(s), squeezing them, and stir in the oil.
  2. Pour into a blender and add the rest of the ingredients (except the ice and and whey protein) and blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend again. Add the whey, blend again, and enjoy the apple-iciousness.
