If using turkey bacon, cook it in the coconut oil in a small skillet along with the garlic and pepper until the bacon is crisp, about 5 minutes. If using pork bacon, simply sauté it in the skillet without the extra fat

Add the noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to heat the noodles for a couple of minutes, then taste and adjust the seasonings.

Put the contents of the skillet in a bowl, add the avocado, and sprinkle with the red pepper flakes and enjoy.
