I love to change things up on Saturday morning and have a breakfast that I haven’t had all week. Instead of making pancakes on the griddle, I baked the Trim Healthy pancake recipe on page 223 of the original Trim Healthy Mama book. They turned out great! I love to change things up on Saturday morning and have a breakfast that I haven't had all week. Instead of making pancakes on the griddle, I baked the Trim Healthy pancake recipe on page 223 of the original Trim Healthy Mama book. They turned out great! Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Trim Healthy Pancake recipe on page 223.
  3. Spoon the batter, into pancake shapes, onto parchment paper. Allow room for the pancakes to spread a bit without touching each other.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes.

Recipe Notes

A great change up is adding a flavoring, such as butterscotch extract, to the batter!
