Creamy Herb Chicken-Single Serve
Description

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Spray a shallow baking pan with coconut oil cooking spray and place the chicken breast on the pan.

Mix all other ingredients and generously spread on the chicken. Sprinkle a little more Parmesan on top of each piece. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the tops of the chicken are golden brown and the meat is cooked through or until done.
