Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 12-cup muffin tin with coconut oil spray.

Make the muffins. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and egg whites, water, and vanilla. Gradually add the flax meal, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and Super Sweet Blend. Continue to whisk until the mixture is smooth.

Spoon the mixture into the muffin holes and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tops are just done.

As the muffins are cooling, make the glaze. Combine the melted Skinny Chocolate and cinnamon or chai essential oils. Spoon the glaze over the muffin tops, then put them in the fridge so the glaze hardens.
