1 Single Serve Recipe
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Mix all the food ingredients well in a medium bowl.
-
Coat a medium skillet with coconut oil spray, and place over medium heat. Add the oat mixture and cook until oats are lightly browned, stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes. The cocoa does get a bit black while cooking and looks a little burned, but it still tastes great so just keep stirring and don’t worry too much about that.
-
Transfer to a bowl and let cool (the longer it cools the crunchier it gets). Add unsweetened milk with optional protein powder and enjoy.

"Alternatively, you could increase the cocoa to 1½ teaspoons and omit the peanut flour, and have chocolate granola. The recipe can be doubled or even quadrupled, if desired."
