Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat.

Add tomato paste, tomato sauce (minus 2 Tbsp), and add all seasonings to meat.

Spray a large lasagna pan with coconut oil then spread remaining tomato sauce on the bottom of pan.

Cover bottom of tray with 5 wonder wraps.

Mix eggs, egg whites, and ricotta together then spread 1/2 of this mixture over the wraps.

Layer with 1/3 of the grated cheese.

Layer with 1/2 of the meat mix.

Layer with 1/3 of the grated cheese.

Layer with the remaining meat mix.

Layer with 5 wonder wraps.

Layer with remaining egg mix.

Layer with remaining grated cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
