Instructions

  1. Fill a Vitamix, or other high end blender, with about 5 hefty handfuls of one, or a combination of the following greens: mixed field greens, parsley, cilantro, dark leafy romaine and spinach. Remember that spinach is best cooked, which removes oxalic acid content, but raw can be used in small amounts. I use whatever soft greens I have on hand. Sometimes it might only be two organic bunches of parsley with most of the stalks removed- that's cheap. Other times, I may use field greens, a little parsley, and cilantro.
  2. Add 2 generous pinches of gray, coarse, Celtic salt. I say coarse, because it is half the price and you are blending it anyway.
  3. Add 3-4 Tbsp virgin coconut oil for an S version. To make it E or Fuel Pull friendly, instead use 1 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil and a splash or two of light coconut milk. You will not be drinking this whole recipe at once so these quantities of fat keep you within bounds for E or Fuel Pulls. If you don't have the money for the virgin coconut oil, do not use the cooking kind. This is a superfood recipe. As a substitute to help make this drink creamy, add a generous splash or two of full-fat coconut milk that is BPA free.
  4. Add some shakes of cinnamon powder which stabilizes the blood sugar and also tastes delicious.
  5. Add drizzle of pure vanilla extract.
  6. Add THM Super Sweet Blend or THM Pure Stevia Extract, to taste. The idea is not to make a super sweet drink, but a neutral milk flavor like milk is itself. Use just enough to disguise a little of the deep earthy flavored of the baby greens and herbs.
  7. Boil 1 cup water in a small saucepan and add 3 tea bags of a classic green or Oolong variety and let steep five minutes.
  8. Remove tea bags and add enough water to the saucepan until the water is no longer boiling hot but very warm.
  9. As you add this warm liquid to the blender it will emulsify the coconut oil nicely into the Earth Milk while blending. If you use cold water, the oil will return to the top and will not combine with the drink. Never use hot tea straight as it destroys the fresh greens. It's gotta be warm.
  10. Blend all of the above on high for 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy. If you are using a Vitamiz blender, do not blend too long or the blender will heat up the drink and destroy the raw enzymes.
  11. Remove from blender and pour into a 2 quart glass canning jar. Add pure, cold water until jar is full. Put on lid and shake well. Taste and sweeten more, if needed.
  12. Refrigerate and drink freely, saturating your body with superfoods and life.
