Put a good amount of butter into a frying pan. Once the skillet is hot and butter melted, add 2 or 3 eggs (or do the "Big Fried-Egg Trick").

Onto the eggs, sprinkle mineral salt and other optional ingredients: nutritional yeast, pepper flakes, parsley, and hot sauce.

While the eggs are cooking, bed your lettuce (or other leafy green).

Liberally add MCT oil to the top of your lettuce, followed by a generous sprinkle of: Parmesan cheese, golden flax meal, and nutritional yeast.

Top the plate off by adding your eggs, hot butter, and optional hot sauce... That's some good eats, Mama!
