Serving Suggestions:
The Gentle Mate Coffee Creamer, first and foremost was designed to be "your coffee's best friend", using full-fat half and half, an "S" food, it would be most advantageous to use this creamer in an "S" setting.
If need be you can use this recipe in both E and FP settings as your added 5 grams of fat when building your E and FP meals, if you choose to do this you can have up to 3 Tbsp of this creamer.
If you would like to try this recipe using Fat-Free half & half, you could have up to 1/4 cup of this creamer in your coffee within an E or FP setting.
