- 2 chamomile tea bags
- 12 oz water (boiling water plus more for the jar as needed)
- 1/4 tsp apple pie spice
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 tsp THM MCT oil (or 1/2 tsp of coconut oil)
- 1 tsp TH Pristine Whey Protein Powder (*or 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 doonks TH Glucomannan ("gluccie") (or, xanthan gum) (optional)
- 1 or 2 pinch TH Mineral Salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp butterscotch flavoring (or 1/2 tsp additional vanilla extract)
- 2 to 4 doonks TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder (or, 2-3 tsps THM Super Sweet Blend to taste)
- 1000 mg Vitamin C Powder (buffered version; optional)
- ice cubes (optional)
- cold water (optional)

- Steep the chamomile tea bags in a mug of boiled water for several minutes. Remove the tea bags and discard.
- Pour the tea into a blender and add all the remaining ingredients except the ice (if using). Blend until whipped and frothy. This is your pie concentrate.
- Fill your quart jar to the top with ice and then top off with pure water.
- Stir... taste and adjust the flavors until you "own it". You’re all done!
- Put the entire blender of concentrate into a 1 quart jar and add boiling water all the way to the top of your jar.

- Pour your hot Apple Pie Sip into a sealed carafe and enjoy a steaming hot mug of apple goodness whenever you need a fix throughout your day or evening.
Serving Suggestions:
- If you do not have the MCT oil or whey protein powder, you can substitute with 1/2 cup of *unsweetened almond milk.
- If this drink is too tart then add a little more pure stevia extract and vanilla. Remember that the mineral salt balances out the flavor spectrum and also provides electrolytes and minerals.
