Depending on the type of fruit you add, this can be either E or Fuel Pull. Frozen or fresh fruit – such as peach, mango, or cherries may be added to make this an E-style smoothie. A Fuel Pull can include small amounts of frozen berries, the best being strawberries or raspberries. It will also be a Fuel Pull without any fruit or berries. Add cocoa powder for a delicious chocolate-strawberry smoothie.

Ingredients
Instructions
-
Place 1/2 - 1 scoop whey protein into blender (depending on whether it is a solo snack, a meal or an addition to another protein food like egg whites.
-
Add one of the following - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt, or 1-2 light coconut milk ice cubes.
-
Add 1/2 cup water if using unsweetened almond milk, or 3/4 cup if using Greek yogurt or light coconut milk cubes.
-
Add frozen fruit (for an E) or berries (for an FP).
-
Add TH Super Sweet Blend or TH Pure Stevia Extract, if whey is unsweetened.
-
Add an optional 1 Tbs cocoa powder.
-
Add additional ice cubes.
-
Blend well and enjoy.
Note
If your whey protein smoothie is accompanying another food that contains a good amount of protein, you do not need to use a full scoop of whey. If you desire an E or FP breakfast of scrambled egg whites, and want a smoothie on the side, use only half a scoop of whey. The smoothie will still be thick and delicious, your whey protein will last longer, and you won't overdue a macronutrient. Remember that suggestion for snacks also.
