This smoothie is another weight stripping recipe. I frequently make this recipe for my husband for breakfast. He's 6'5", large frame, and yet this one smoothie satisfies him completely even though his job entails physical labor. He loves it, and sometimes wants it again for lunch. 1 Single Serve

Instructions

  1. Pour unsweetened almond milk into your blender to reach perfectly to the 1-cup line.
  2. Add ice until the unsweetened almond milk rises to the 2-cup line.
  3. Add a generous handful of frozen strawberries.
  4. Add 3-5 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend (or, 3-5 doonks TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder). Start with less and then taste and add more if needed.

  5. Add a pinch of TH Mineral Salt and optional TH Natural Burst Vanilla Extract. TH Mineral salt is important to achieve the right flavor.

  6. Add 1 scoop of TH Whey Protein Powder.

  7. Blend on high, using a handy wooden spoon to help stir the thick mixture. Don't get it too close to the blades. Eliminate this step if using a higher-end blender such as a Vitamix.
