Cut thawed chicken tenderloins into smaller pieces.

Toss in Parmesan cheese and a little sea salt.

Broil on well-oiled tray for 20 minutes, turning once.

While wings are cooking, heat up sauce in saucepan consisting of 2 Tbs butter, 1 cup Frank's hot sauce, and 1 optional lemon juice or vinegar.

Pour over chicken and broil 5 more minutes.
