Warm large sprouted tortilla, either in the microwave or the oven. (Don't warm too long in the oven or it won't stay flexible). Otherwise, place tortilla over the toaster while it is on and let the heat gently warm it up. This warming makes it more flexible.

Fill with Egg White Scramble using any leftover vegetables, or canned sockeye salmon, gently sautéed with 1 tsp coconut oil to heat.
