Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients (except for the cottage cheese or Greek yogurt) in a small saucepan or a microwave-safe bowl. Store overnight in the fridge.
- In the morning, simmer on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until creamy, or heat in a microwave, then add optional cottage cheese or Greek yogurt.
