These little gondolas that are filled with luscious fillings will help with slimming your waistline and keeping you satisfied for hours!!!

Spray the skillet with coconut oil pan spray and preheat the pan over medium heat. Place the eggs and egg whites into the pan and let cook for a few minutes.

Sprinkle a desired amount of mineral salt and nutritional yeast on top of the egg mixture and turn the eggs onto the other side. As you turn the eggs you want the yolks to break and start to distribute onto the egg whites, this step allows the egg mixture to become very succulent. Allow to cook for another minute or until they are done to your liking.

When the eggs are done cooking, chop the eggs up right in the skillet with a spatula.

Spoon the chopped up egg mixture into each romaine lettuce leaf cup and place onto a plate.

Top each filled gondola with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil.

Sprinkle with more mineral salt, nutritional yeast, hot sauce and cayenne pepper, if using to taste.
