Brew the tea in the boiled water for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag(s) and stir in the gelatin. Add the oil. Pour this into a blender and add all the other ingredients (except the ice and whey protein) and blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend again. Add the whey and whip into a yummy tummy cuddle.

Intro continued...Bananas are also on the simple list of home remedies for easing digestive complaints. Their pectin helps with bowel troubles and their potassium helps balance electrolytes. Be sure your banana is ripe, otherwise the unripened starches can bother a troubled tummy.
