This shake does contain whey protein, but many (not all) dairy-free people can tolerate our Pristine Whey Protein isolate as it contains no lactose. Even if you can eat dairy with no issues, I want you to try this shake as it has fat-blitzing and blood sugar–controlling ingredients that shake up sluggish weight loss so you can shake down and celebrate success. Instructions

  1. Place the tea bag(s) in a mug with the boiled water and brew for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag(s) and squeeze to get all the goodness. Place the coconut oil in the warm tea to melt along with the gelatin and stir well. Place this mix in the blender and blend for a few seconds. Add cold water to reach the ½-cup line for a Baby shake.
  2. Add all the other ingredients (except the ice and whey protein) and blend for another few seconds. Add the ice and blend again very well until all the ice is broken down. Add the whey and whip until a creamy Shake Down is born.

Intro continued.....Oolong tea is one of the starring fat-blasting ingredients here. Just 1 cup of this tea helps your body burn off an extra 67 calories. I put 2 tea bags in this drink for double the slimming power! (If you are caffeine sensitive, feel free to go with just 1 tea bag.)

BERRY CHEESECAKE SHAKE DOWN: Add 1/4 cup favorite frozen berries.

PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE SHAKE DOWN: Add 1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin puree and ¹⁄8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
