Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender (use only ¼ teaspoon Gluccie) and process for a couple minutes. Transfer the puree to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. The soup will begin to thicken slightly. If it’s not thickening enough for you, add a bit more Gluccie and whisk like crazy.
  2. Simmer the soup for another 1 to 2 minutes, then taste and adjust the seasonings to “own it.”

Note

From page 119, Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook:
Serene chats: "This is a favorite of my oldest son Arden. Of course, being a teenager and now standing at 6 ft 5 in., he burns fuel like a race car with a gas leak, so he dunks a pile of my buttered Artisan Sourdough toast (Cookbook page 206) in it… by pile, I mean a mountain."

NOTE: "We’re slightly over FP fat grams here with the little bit of cheese plus the 1 tsp oil, but not by much. It is okay for a Fuel Pull to go over slightly sometime,s if it is not paired with “push the limit” carbs. In this case, it absolutely is not. Hey, feel free to up the oil and the cheese and make this a full blown S if you want."
