Pour 1 & 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk into blender (or a little more if you know you'll be really hungry).

Add 1/2 tsp. glucomannan and turn blender on briefly to mix glucomannan with liquid so there are no lumps. Do not keep blending until a thickening effect occurs.

Transfer contents of blender to a small glass jar with lid.

Add 3/4-1Tbs. chia seeds.

Add dash of vanilla and sweetener to taste.

Add optional 3 strawberries cut up into small pieces or raspberries.

Place lid on jar and shake well.

Place jar in fridge and shake once more before going to bed.
