This is another fantastic breakfast for a "gotta get going" morning. It's also a perfect neutral Fuel Pull snack or dessert and offers the health benefits of the super seed chia in just the right amounts. This recipe can be found on page 234 of the original Trim Healthy Mama book!

1 Single Serve Recipe

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 & 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk into blender (or a little more if you know you'll be really hungry).
  2. Add 1/2 tsp. glucomannan and turn blender on briefly to mix glucomannan with liquid so there are no lumps. Do not keep blending until a thickening effect occurs.
  3. Transfer contents of blender to a small glass jar with lid.
  4. Add 3/4-1Tbs. chia seeds.
  5. Add dash of vanilla and sweetener to taste.
  6. Add optional 3 strawberries cut up into small pieces or raspberries.
  7. Place lid on jar and shake well.
  8. Place jar in fridge and shake once more before going to bed.
