Get to know the Baby Frap. It does not make a full meal but it is an excellent dessert, small snack or part of a snack. The full huge Fat Stripping Frappa can sometimes stand alone as a breakfast or lunch, but it really is too much to pair with other food, unless you are ravenously hungry then there is no law against it. Finished your meal but not filled up yet? This is where the Baby Frap can shine… add it on to the end of your meal or snack – it’s ultra Fuel Pull, and very low in calories. Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients except the ice cubes, whey, and chocolate in a blender and blend for 10 to 15 seconds. Add the ice and blend until smooth. Add the whey while the blender is still running and blend for 10 to 15 seconds more.
  2. Turn the blender off and add the chocolate. Pulse briefly, until the chocolate is broken into tiny pieces small enough to suck through a straw (don’t overblend). Taste, and adjust the flavors to “own it.”

Recipe Suggestions: This is a single serve recipe that makes 1 cup of Baby Frap. You can make any variety of Baby Frap you want. The above recipe is a yummy chocolate chip version, but you can easily omit the chocolate chips and make it straight chocolate by adding cocoa or use any of your favorite flavors for the original large Fat Stripping Frappa – just halve the flavor amounts.
