The Fat-Stripping Frappa quickly become a staple in THM kitchens all over the globe, with so many new varieties invented by our Mamas. It can be a super-large afternoon snack or perhaps a breakfast or lunch on the run now and then (but, don’t replace too many meals with it, as it is a Fuel Pull and you don’t want to overdo those as meals); having a couple a few times a week is probably fine if you are not nursing or pregnant. Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients,except the ice cubes and whey protein, in a blender and blend for 10 to 15 seconds.
  2. Add the ice a little at a time, and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the whey protein at the end while the blender is still running.
  4. Continue to blend until the mixture is thick and fluffy.
  5. Taste, and adjust the flavors to “own it,” then pour into a quart jar.

"A fun trick! Once the ice has broken down in the blender, transfer frappa to a food processor and add the whey protein. Process for a minute or two.  This creates a much poofier frappa.  It literally grows in volume and creaminess, so you have even more to enjoy!"

Community Tweaks:
Joy Belt-Roselieb has a yummy "Chocolate Peanut Butter Frappa" version - Make the the Fat Stripping Frappa (FP)  with 1 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 Tbsp of the THM Peanut Flour. Joy says that this tastes like a Reese Peanut Butter Cup, except in a smooth, creamy shake!
