Place the ground oats in a bowl and add the cocoa, egg whites, almond milk, Gentle Sweet, salt, vanilla, and baking powder. Blend well.

Prepare your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Pour the batter onto the hot coconut-oil sprayed waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions.
