Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a small sauce pan and blend well using a hand held blender (of transfer to a blender).
  2. Add diced lean protein (chicken breast or pouch of salmon).
  3. Garnish with 1 Tbsp of romano sheep's cheese or parmesan.
  4. Optional: For a larger bowl of soup, add more liquid and thicken with glucomannan. Put gluomannan in a shaker jar and shake while whisking vigorously until soup is desired thickness.

Note

Optional:  Serene's Flavor Sensations

Combine the following:
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
cayenne pepper (to taste)
onion and garlic powder (to taste)
dash hot sauce
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp Miso paste (optional)
1 Tbsp grass fed gelatin (optional)
