1 Multiple Serve Recipe (Make Any Amount of Toast For Your Family)
Ingredients
For the Cinnamon Sugar
For the Toast (Your Choice of Bread)
Instructions
-
Make the cinnamon sugar. Mix together the Gentle Sweet and cinnamon and put in a sprinkle jar.
-
FOR E-STYLE TOAST: Smear sprouted-grain or sourdough toast with Laughing Cow Light cheese or spray with coconut oil, then sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar.
-
FOR FP TOAST: Use WWBB or Nuke Queen’s Awesome Bread and use Laughing Cow Light cheese or coconut oil spray before sprinkling with cinnamon sugar.
-
FOR DELICIOUS S-STYLE TOAST: Slather on plenty of butter or coconut oil, then sprinkle on your cinnamon sugar.
Note
NOTE: If using WWBB bread, you don’t have to worry too much about getting extra protein in, as that bread is protein rich so you can enjoy it alone as a simple breakfast. However, you can always add a Lazy Collagen Coffee (page 466) or a Trimmy (page 463) or a baby-size shake or smoothie from the Shakes and Smoothies chapter (page 468), or have a small side of eggs or egg whites for a little more protein.
