Place side of corned beef in crockpot, along with the contents of the seasonings packet it may come with, or use your own seasonings.

Add as much cabbage on top of corned beef as your crockpot can hold.

Add water to almost cover and cook on low all day.

Faster method: add cabbage two hours before serving and squish it down to immerse in some water.
