Country Biscuit

Servings: 4

Description

This is the plain version of the Blueberry Coconut Muffins. They are delicious as is, but even better with grated cheese and a chopped jalapeño or two thrown into the mixture before baking. Or, how about curry and cheese? That's not a common thing in the USA, but in Down Under where we originate, cheese and curry scones are a frequent favorite. This is on page 267.
