Preheat oven to 425°F - 450°F.
Stir the biscuit/scone mix, orange zest, salt, and Gentle Sweet together.
Using a pastry blender or fork, blend in the coconut oil until fully incorporated and crumbly.
Add in the milk, extract, and the whisked egg and stir until a soft dough
forms. Gently mix in the cranberries without over mixing.
Roll and cut into 8-12 scones. The dough should be sticky and parchment
paper may be necessary.
Bake at for 14-18 minutes.
Mix the ingredients together for the glaze and drizzle over scones or serve with butter!
