This recipe is wonderful for the entire family, or you could halve the recipe if needed for a smaller amount. This curry also freezes well so you can tuck away leftovers and have this dish ready to go on your busiest days! You can watch Serene and Pearl make this recipe by tuning into THM TV!

Ingredients
  • 30 oz coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 4 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp TH Mineral Salt
  • 1 squirt Bragg liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
  • garlic powder (or fresh garlic, to taste)
  • onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup TH Nutritional Yeast
  • crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 large onions (sliced)
  • 5 lbs chicken breast
  • non-starchy vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, sweet peppers, or similar)
Instructions

    Put coconut milk in crockpot.

    Add chicken and seasonings.

    Place as many non-starchy vegetables on top as you can cram in and still close the lid.

    Cook all day on highest setting if using frozen meats and vegetables or low if using fresh or thawed. (Recipe may cook all night for a special Sunday lunch)
