Instructions

  1. Put your choice of tomatoes and your precooked meat in a skillet on top of the stove and begin to gently warm the ingredients.
  2. While that is heating up, double toast your two slices of sprouted or sourdough bread.
  3. Cut your double toasted bread into cubes.
  4. Add the double toasted bread cubes into the pan and gently stir in.
  5. Add the remainder of the ingredients to the pan, stir gently until everything is combined nicely.
  6. Top with a liberal sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, if you so choose.
