Ingredients
  • 1 head romaine lettuce (chopped OR substitute for other leafy greens of your choice)
  • 4-6 oz protein of choice (meat or fish - can be seasoned and sauteed in a little butter OR 2 cooked eggs)
  • 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil (2-4 Tbs)
  • balsamic vinegar (no more than 2 carbs or use another type of vinegar)
  • TH Mineral Salt (optional)
  • black pepper (optional)
  • crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp TH Nutritional Yeast (optional)
  • Bragg's liquid aminos (optional)
  • 1 Tbs Parmesan cheese (optional; green can is fine)
Instructions

    On a plate, combine the lettuce with your choice of protein and optional cheese.

    Dress with oil, vinegar, and seasonings.
  3. 3
    Toss ingredients on plate.
