  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth & enjoy!

MEAL ADD-ON OPTION~ ESSENTIAL Berry Baby Frap

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk of choice

1/2-1 scant Tbs TH ESSENTIAL Amino Acid Powder (the amount used will depend on the protein amount in your meal)

1/2-1 doonk TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder (or to taste)

1/2 cup frozen berries of choice (use more or less for desired thickness.

Instructions:
Add all to a blender. Blend until smooth & enjoy!
