Grilled Salmon
Description
If you desire a FP salmon lunch, it may be accompanied by salad with a light vinaigrette. If you are looking for an E lunch, enjoy the salad with light vinaigrette and 3/4 cup pre-cooked brown rice or quinoa. Alternatively, you could throw some garbanzo beans in your salad or place the grilled salmon n a piece or two of plan-approved bread. Another option is a sweet potato with only 1 teaspoon coconut oil on it and either Bragg's Liquid Aminos and cayenne for a savory flavor, or THM Sweet Blend and cinnamon to make it sweet. For a S salmon lunch, enjoy a salad with full-fat dressing and shredded cheese, if desired.
