Place all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium high heat, and whisk often while it comes to a boil. Take the saucepan off the heat, turn the heat to low, then return the saucepan to the heat and whisk well while the mixture simmers gently for a couple of minutes.

Allow the chocolate syrup to cool a little, then pour into a small jar with a lid. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use. The mixture will thicken more as it cools.

Handy Chocolate Syrup ~Super Thick Recipe Tweak From Destiny Ramsey!!
Destiny says: "I love the handy chocolate syrup but wanted it thicker."
- Take the 2 Tablespoons of water from the original recipe and mix with 1 teaspoon of THM Just Gelatin.
- Add the remaining water, sweetener, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla and mineral salt to pan.
- Heat to warm and once warm add the dissolved gelatin.
- Whip out those arm muscles and whisk in a 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum.
- Whisk over a soft simmer for 3-5 minutes. Don't stop and don't walk away.
- Afterwards, the chocolate sauce needs to be refrigerated to get even thicker!
