1 Multiple Serve Recipe
Ingredients
Instructions
-
If using the oolong, brew the tea in a mug with the boiled water for 5 minutes. Squeeze the tea bags, place the mug of tea in the freezer to cool, then transfer to a food processor.
-
If not using tea, place all the other ingredients in a food processor and process until the mixture holds together when you press a little of it firmly between your fingers. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, and press together, then roll between your palms into snack-size balls. Refrigerate.
Note
Intro Continued.... Those who love their chocolate with a little salt will love these “edgy” treats. They go down smooth with the depth of oolong and cocoa but do a little baobab flavor cartwheel just for kicks and foodie funzies. The oolong tea adds to the thermogenic burn and takes regular chocolate to leaping newness, but you sure can leave it out and just use water . . . still great that way!
______
Variation
- Happy Bars- Instead of rolling the mixture into balls, divide it among 4 small zippy bags. Squeeze into a bar form and you have 4 bars that you'll keep in the refrigerator. Or just pull pieces off for bites.
