Heart On A Stick is a perfect Valentine's Day treat!!! Pearl shares: "My daughter, Meadow, planned many Valentine's parties over the years with her girlfriends. Meadow has a talent with Trim Healthy Mama desserts and since she doesn't want to be responsible for adding needless pounds to her friends with regular valentine treats, she came up with this yummy and fun THM treat for the party. It is a cute chocolate lollipop recipe and would be fun to make with children too."

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan on low-medium heat.
  2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  3. Once cream is hot, add in the chocolate and whisk until smooth.
  4. Set heat to low.
  5. Blend the THM Super Sweet Blend and mineral salt in a coffee grinder until it becomes a fine powder.
  6. Whisk the sweetener and salt into chocolate mixture.
  7. Slowly add in the scoop of THM Pristine Protein Powder while constantly whisking.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Place tin foil over a cookie sheet.
  10. Place a lollipop stick onto the cookie sheet.
  11. Add a tablespoon or two of the chocolate into a cake decorating bag.
  12. Drizzle the chocolate into a heart shape, covering about a third of the stick until it looks like those in the picture.
  13. Keep making hearts on the sticks until you run out of chocolate.
  14. Keep frozen and serve at the last minute.
  15. Keep chocolates covered to avoid freezer burn.

  • Here’s a trick! If you have a fancy and proper cake decorating bag for icing, that’s very fancy and proper of you! But I just used a sandwich zip baggie and cut a tiny little slit opening in one of the corners. I didn’t even feel the need to use a cake decorating bag!
